Yoga Instructors’ Course is an intensive two-month course. It is residential. It helps to make one’s better personality. The primary object of the course is to transform the knowledge to be able to teach yoga with confidence in a holistic manner.
The course is combination of theory and practice sessions like Breathing Techniques, Asana, Sat kriya, Pranayama, Meditation technique. Yogic games which improves concentration, memory, stamina, awareness and Happy Assembly program which makes one to being tune with true nature, happiness and bliss. On the completion of this course, the students will be able to teach yoga to the general public even having health related complain. The holistic way to prevent diseases, promote positive health and bring harmony and peace in the society.

Course Duration: 2 month (Including Sevakulam Training & visit to Historical and Religious places)

Fees: Rs.20,000/- (25% discount on the admission of first 10 students and 50% discount for tribal students)
