Job Profile:

- Coordination with founder-director Sudhir Bhai Goyal "Bhai Ji" and executing matters/ tasks assigned by him.
- Supervising all routine and new administrative matters of Ashram.
- Managing travel plans of bookings of Ashram Trustees and VIP guests.
- Managing arrangement and management of events and functions of Ashram.
- Managing bank dealings, payroll of staff, petty case, budgeting and related financial matters of Ashram.
- Managing supervisors of different wings in Ashram and ensuring their performance.
- Managing procurement of purchases of all departments in Ashram.
- Supervision and training of office staff and volunteers.
- Make arrangements for and travel with founder-director and Ashram trustees.
- Coordinate with IT and other vendor teams of Ashram.
- Supervise ongoing construction of new buildings and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure housekeeping of existing 25+ buildings as per best hygiene standards.
- Coordination with partner medical institutions and hospitals of Ashram.
- Recruitment and training of new office staff.
- Liaising with local Panchayat, Municipal, Police & Government bodies.
- Liaising with local/ national publications and media contacts for Ashram news coverage and establishing new sources.

Qualification (Must Have):

- Candidate must be well mannered and soft spoken.
- Candidate must have excellent knowledge of English & Hindi languages.
- Candidate must have typing speed of 25+ wpm with 100% accuracy in English and Hindi languages.
- Candidate must have excellent eye for detail and proactive problem solving attitude.
- Candidate must have minimum 5 years work experience in an organization.
- Candidate must be a Graduate or Post Graduate.
