This job vacancy is for full-time & in-house light & heavy vehicle drivers (for driving ev-rickshaw, car, ambulance, bus, & tractor). Total number of open positions are eight (08). Please see the description given below.

Job Profile:

– Receive/ drop Ashram guests from/ to nearby bus terminus, railway station and airports.
– Ferry Ashram staff and volunteers to nearby destinations.
– Ferry Ashram residents to nearby hospitals/ other destinations.
– Transport Ashram material from/ to nearby destinations.
– Upkeep vehicles in good condition and ensure vehicle maintenance & repair.
– Other Ashram work related to job profile.

Qualification (Must Have):

– Candidate must be well mannered and soft spoken.
– Candidate must have experience of driving both light & heavy vehicles.
– Candidate must have valid Heavy Vehicle driving license.
– Candidate must have minimum 5 years work experience in an organization.
– Candidate must have knowledge of basic car maintenance and repair.
– Candidate must be 12th Pass or Graduate.
– Candidate must strictly be vegetarian in food choices and must be non-alcoholic.
– Candidate must strictly be non-smoker and should not have habit of chewing tobacco.

Qualification (Optional):

– Knowledge of written & spoken English.
– Certification related to vehicle. Eg. ITI Mechanic Motor Vehicle (Automobile).

Salary & Perks:

– Salary will be between 15,000 Rs – 25,000 Rs basis qualification & experience.
– Lodging & accommodation is included and will be provided within Ashram.
– Food is included and will be provided within Ashram.
– Relocation support will be provided to candidates from outside Madhya Pradesh.

About ‘Anktgram’ Sewadham Ashram

“Ankitgram” is located 15 kilometres from Mahakal Temple and in outskirts of Ujjain City on Panchkoshi Marg. It is spread over 25 acres (41 Bigha) inside Mahakal Van (Forest) and is located at serene and picturesque location on the banks of Gambira River (near Gambhir Dam Reservoir) next to Bilwakeshwar Mahadev Temple which is one of 84 Mahadev Temples of Ujjain. This area, which is also called Tapovan, and where sages have been doing Tapasya since ancient times is the Karmbhoomi (place of work) of “Ankitgram”. Ashram is currently spread along the reservoir lake of Gambhir Dam and has 25+ buldings with segregation for housing and offices for it’s guests and administrative staff… and shelter, clinic & school buildings for 700+ residents receiving care here.
